A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Strategic Business Development Director in Cornelius.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Selling a new e-staffing solution
- Bringing their contingent e-staffing solution to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Targeting and engaging relevant C level decision makers at the enterprise levels
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Present during consultative sales meetings
- 5+ years experience selling staffing programs to LI/Commercial/Call Center clients
- Competitiveness: an appetite to do more, faster, bigger, and better than others
- High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and think on your feet
