A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Strategic Business Development Director in Cornelius.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling a new e-staffing solution
  • Bringing their contingent e-staffing solution to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Targeting and engaging relevant C level decision makers at the enterprise levels

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Present during consultative sales meetings
  • 5+ years experience selling staffing programs to LI/Commercial/Call Center clients
  • Competitiveness: an appetite to do more, faster, bigger, and better than others
  • High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and think on your feet
