Job Summary

An IT services company. has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining a client portfolio of strategic enterprise account
  • Managing and monitoring day-to-day tasks and ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Proactively identifying up-sell opportunities and work with a collaborative team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven record of developing and executing strategic growth plans with Enterprise customers at scale
  • Experience with Enterprise level customer relationship management and expansion
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent client success or account management experience with enterprise clientele
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a managed service technical environment with customer-facing leadership
  • Fast learner of software
  • Strong organizational skills
