Job Summary
A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Strategic Communication Technology Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Establish close alignment with your customers
- Cultivate your knowledge about our customers’ organizations
- Proactively plan for and lead customer renewal conversations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Meet in person with their teams at least twice a year purely for fun
- Experience owning aggressive Net Dollar Retention targets.
- Have an entrepreneur’s mindset and take complete ownership of your book of business
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with SaaS and working with internal teams
