Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Engagement Director in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing strategy to support partners in conjunction with leaders of Sales and Marketing
- Communication with cross-functional VMware teams as required
- Maintaining functional and technical knowledge of the VMware SD-WAN product line
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 10+ years experience in customer-facing leadership positions
- 8+ years experience in Telco, ideally in PS, service delivery or customer success/management roles
- Strong technical background
- Strong networking background
- B.S., B.A., or relevant experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
