Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Engagement Director in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategy to support partners in conjunction with leaders of Sales and Marketing
  • Communication with cross-functional VMware teams as required
  • Maintaining functional and technical knowledge of the VMware SD-WAN product line

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 10+ years experience in customer-facing leadership positions
  • 8+ years experience in Telco, ideally in PS, service delivery or customer success/management roles
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong networking background
  • B.S., B.A., or relevant experience
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
