Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and overseeing the onboarding of new accounts
- Conducting quarterly or biannual Executive Business Reviews with customers
- Documenting customer activities and tracking customer stages and goals in Salesforce
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience in Account or Program Management at a marketing agency
- Ability to connect-the-dots from executive-level business objectives to work management processes
- Track record of successfully building rapport with executive client partners
- Comfortable with creating and evaluating strategic plans as they are
- Ability to quickly identify the correct internal resource required and work closely with them
