A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Execute individualized/segmented account engagement plans
- Work with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years working within a customer-facing account management, customer success or sales role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environment
