Job Summary
A company in the technology industry is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Success Manager in the Bay Area.
Must be able to:
- Manage the post-sale relationship of company's largest accounts
- Deliver best practices for product design within different verticals and environments
- Have strategic value conversations with C-level executives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel on-site when needed, typically about 15% travel expected
- Experience managing client renewal
- Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing, post-sales role
- Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a product
- Ability to show business value of a product
