Job Summary

A company in the technology industry is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Success Manager in the Bay Area.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the post-sale relationship of company's largest accounts
  • Deliver best practices for product design within different verticals and environments
  • Have strategic value conversations with C-level executives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel on-site when needed, typically about 15% travel expected
  • Experience managing client renewal
  • Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing, post-sales role
  • Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a product
  • Ability to show business value of a product
