Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the client’s point of contact and escalation point for any challenges and/or opportunities to ensure project success.
- Understand technology offerings and how they apply to client opportunities
- Ensure all open client project work is delivered on time and meeting the client’s needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry
- Client-facing experience
- Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following: Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, and/or Salesforce.com
- Experience driving client conversations to align technology solutions to business needs
- Proven relationship-builder with senior and executive leaders at client organizations
- Managing multiple large-scale engagements simultaneously, with minimal oversight
