Job Summary
A systems integration company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing weekly status reports to sales account teams and customers
- Managing consultants who have been placed onsite with customers
- Being responsible for staffing projects and managing utilization for customer engagements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-10 years of Technical management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with outsourcing/managed service engagements
- Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity
- Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
