Job Summary

A developer of online employment management software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Finance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing overall program management
  • Leading the FP&A process
  • Leading the development and maintenance of revenue operating models

Qualifications for this position include:

  • MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Proven senior finance leader
  • Experience in a startup environment as well as investment banking, private equity, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through complex change management
  • Experience in MS Office, Google suite, and NetSuite
  • Played a leading role in capital planning and corporate development activities
