Job Summary
A technology-enabled primary care healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Finance Head VP.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Strategic Finance role, including FP&A and corporate finance teams
- Drive financial strategy and analysis
- Lead long-term and short-term forecasting and planning, including annual budgeting and the financial forecasting process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth including a minimum of 7+ years in Finance/FP&A positions
- Experience in Healthcare Services or Membership models a must
- Independent, self-motivated individual with a positive, service-focused attitude
- Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A
- Experience having led the corporate FP&A function for an organization of comparable size, growth profile or complexity
- Strategic thinker and demonstrated ability to drive business insights through financial analysis.
