Job Summary

A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Finance Senior Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting Operational Teams with Workforce and Capacity Management forecasts and analysis
• Preparing financial analysis and summarize information for internal and external stakeholders
• Gathering and synthesizing operational information and assess financial impacts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in a Finance/Ops Role
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts
• Experience with forecasting software
