Job Summary

An electronics company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Home Appliance Builder Account Service Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage service side relationships with both retailers who sell B2C
  • Support our builders and distributors in the new home construction market selling B2B
  • Coordinate efforts with various service representatives to meet business needs and customer escalations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • BA Degree from an accredited university is required
  • 6+ years of experience, ideally in a customer-focused role
  • 6+ years of experience, ideally in a customer-focused role
  • Experience managing projects and deliverables
  • Understanding of B2B environment
