Job Summary
An electronics company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Home Appliance Builder Account Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage service side relationships with both retailers who sell B2C
- Support our builders and distributors in the new home construction market selling B2B
- Coordinate efforts with various service representatives to meet business needs and customer escalations
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- BA Degree from an accredited university is required
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in a customer-focused role
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in a customer-focused role
- Experience managing projects and deliverables
- Understanding of B2B environment
