Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Strategic Initiatives and Program Management Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own critical initiatives and program goals to achieve customer outcomes
- Help set CS OKRs, develop supporting operational framework and cadence, and ensure delivery of key results
- Develop visibility and timely updates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience working in a Customer Success organization
- 5+ years of experience developing a team with a consistent track record of driving customer-impacting outcomes
- Solid understanding of OKR methodology, project life cycles and methods
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Displays a deep understanding of business strategies and the potential opportunities
- Able to synthesise complex issues, form initial hypotheses and identify the data and operational requirements
