Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Strategic IT Business Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with partners as well as internal teams
  • Coordinating training with partners in the value propositions, go-to-market motions, and sales activities surrounding company solutions
  • Meeting assigned sales quota including revenue targets, bookings targets, customer retention rates, and renewal rates

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, on short notice, as needed
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales role or 5+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, complex sales relationships
  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
