Job Summary

A financial and banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Mortgage Loan Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Achieving sales and referral goals by developing a positive customer experience
• Seeking ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute towards the branch success
• Maximizing personal productivity to achieve branch and personal goals

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
• Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million
• Established relationships with local referral networks
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
• Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
• Able to meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
