Job Summary
A financial and banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Mortgage Loan Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving sales and referral goals by developing a positive customer experience
- Seeking ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute towards the branch success
- Maximizing personal productivity to achieve branch and personal goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of retail residential mortgage sales experience
- Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million
- Established relationships with local referral networks
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
- Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology
- Able to meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
