A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Orienting and training providers regarding the company’s operations
- Meeting with facility and physician group representatives on regular basis
- Ensuring accurate and updated provider information within CRM
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, development or operations
- Healthcare background, specifically a Strong understanding of ambulatory surgery space
- Experience working directly with physicians and/or physicians’ practices
- Solid understanding of healthcare/medical terminology
