Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Strategic People Business Partners Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing trends, metrics and data shared by the Business Partner team
- Building tools and systems
- Facilitating development content for groups of people managers and individual contributors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 10 years work experience with Human Resources processes or related
- You've successfully worked in an early-stage startup to deliver effective business solutions through hyper-growth
- Have knowledge of labor law / legislation and a full understanding of People best practices
- Have experience in compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and retention strategies
