Job Summary

A financial and investment services company is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Relationship Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing trust-based relationships within client organizations
• Working with clients to understand their labor and benefits strategies
• Managing contract negotiations for existing clients

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 25-40% of the time
• 10 – 15 years of retirement industry experience
• Knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and service
• Strong Client Management experience and skills
