Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Strategic Resourcing and Portfolio Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create, refine and maintain Resource Models
  • Provide monthly FTE forecast for a specific function
  • Assess resourcing forecast for any new clinical trial based on study timelines and complexity of study

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor/Master of Science, or PhD in Science of Business-related Field
  • BSc with 7+ years MSc with 6+ years Ph.D. with 4+ years
  • Knowledge of project management practices, portfolio review, finance, and budgeting
