Job Summary
A therapeutics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Risk Management Senior Clinical Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Translating corporate strategy into assigned SRM program strategy
- Leading cross-functional risk and opportunity assessments
- Ensuring activities and outputs are targeted, and impactful to support strategic decision-making
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Experience leading and developing teams including matrixed teams
- Ability to influence without direct management accountability
- Visionary, ability to think outside the box, ask the right questions, detail oriented, action driven, timely and responsive
- A confident yet agile personality, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage internal and external networks in a matrixed environment
