Job Summary

A crowd-sourced review platform is in need of a Remote Strategic Sales Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a world-class candidate experience through all verbal and written communication and presentations
• Managing offer and negotiation process, which may include reference and background checks and offer acceptance/declines
• Training all hiring managers on interviewing best practices and lead the example in commitment to hitting hiring goals

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recruiting role, five (5) preferred.
• High EQ and a demonstrated pattern of positively mentoring others around you.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships.
