Remote Strategic Services Associate

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time Remote Strategic Services Associate will manage data analysis, project management, and physician documentation initiatives to enhance operational and clinical performance while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision-making and develop dashboards and reports
• Serve as project manager for operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project trackers
• Support documentation improvement initiatives by analyzing clinical data and partnering with physicians to enhance accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance/process improvement
• Experience leading work teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Coding experience, preferably inpatient, is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications such as RHIT/RHIA/CCS are preferred
