A bank and national mortgage originator is filling a position for a Remote Strategic Sourcing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the strategic sourcing of vendors
- Optimizing committed spends on behalf of the company
- Drafting, understanding and presenting certain analysis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in supply chain management, contract negotiation, vendor management, or finance
- Ability to interact with internal and external levels of management
- Competency and understanding of vendor contracts, contracts review and redlining
- Ability to facilitate discussions and negotiations with business unit(s)
- Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel and Powerpoint operation
