Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Sourcing Manager II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop sustainable strategies for moderately complex categories
- Negotiate and manage contracts moderate in complexity for assigned commodities
- Recommend and implement sourcing, contracting and supplier management policies and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- 7 years sourcing and contracting experience or related field
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and contract fundamentals
- Prior experience in all elements of sourcing and category management for indirect services
- Demonstrated strong experience in leading major sourcing events
