Job Summary
A computer software company that markets products and services is seeking a Remote Strategic Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engage in automated, data-driven activities and customer engagement to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our products
- Identify expansion opportunities and risks to subscription renewals
- Be a people manager, strategic advisor, technical consultant and project manager to successfully manage all the accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor for the client’s executive, program and technical teams
- Ability to ensure Business Value through identification & prioritization of customer business initiatives
- Experience with establishing & maintaining partnership operating frameworks
- Ability to manage 10 to 12 named accounts
