Job Summary
A direct mortgage lender is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying areas of opportunity and provide recommendations and long-term solutions
- Ensuring appropriate process documents, training guides, and job aids are up to date
- Ensuring appropriate Company-wide lending policies and lending guides are up to date
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- High school diploma or GED
- PPM Certification or related experience
- High level of familiarity with mortgage process and mortgage documents
- Exceptional customer service and computer skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt quickly to change
