Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Technical Account Manager Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of highly motivated, customer-focused Strategic TAMs to successfully guide the overall health & care of accounts
- Mentoring & enabling the team to exceed company’s customer growth, health & retention goals for the portfolio of strategic accounts
- Working with the VP of Technical Account Management to help establish & manage goals and responsibilities for TAMs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of a proven track record in making customers successful post-sales
- Experience driving software adoption, and building and scaling technical account management practices
- 3-5 years of leading technical account management or sales engineering teams
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and tools
- Knowledgeable with cloud technologies, IAM technologies, and/or cloud deployment models (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
