A cloud computing solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Workforce Planner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Build optimal long-term labor plans for the company
- Establish and own end-to-end detailed tracking and control processes
- Provide leadership to collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of FP&A, Capacity Planning, Strategy, Finance or WFM experience
- Experience with Professional Services groups
- Experience in workforce planning, long-term forecasting and complex modeling
- Ability to develop frameworks and solutions to high-level questions and concepts
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach HR business partners
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
