Job Summary
A retail company has an open position for a Remote Strategic Workforce Planning Lead Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the overall organization and helping others understand the connections and themes
- Consulting HR and business officers in holistic organizational health and resource decision making
- Leading Resource Planning cross functional team, guiding prioritization of planning processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
- Strategic thinker that can effectively present ideas to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and to think horizontally across the enterprise
- Process mindset, an ability to bring routine and clarification to work that has significant ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze HR & Finance data to make effective decisions
- Results oriented, being able to anticipate key issues and come to resolution quickly
