A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Strategy and Capital Planning Program Manager in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving community across the team and connectedness with peer and global teams
• Stewarding the annual planning process, forums and commitment establishment
• Program managing large strategic projects and initiatives

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s in business management, consulting, project management, finance or engineering
• 5 years of post-college experience in business management, engineering or consulting
• Strong communications and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven ability to influence and collaborate across groups and build virtual teams
• Be self-motivated and directed, and require minimal supervision
