Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategy and Financial Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of high performing analysts
- Manage relationships and own data-sharing protocols with banking partners
- Triage escalations, and own researching and reporting on payment success/failure rates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years of people management experience in risk-based, analytical, or investigative functions
- Experience with SQL; Python a plus! Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering
- 5+ years of data analytics or business operations experience
- Comfort with ambiguous/unstructured environments and a thirst for problem solving
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners
