Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Strategy and GTM Operations Business Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define the operating cadence for how we manage the business
- Collaborate with the SVP, GTM Strategy, Client Solutions and Operations and other GTM executive team members
- Develop and deploy the management metrics for the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience organizing and working across multiple teams and departments
- 10+ years in a business operations or executive management role
- Data & analytics and executive level reporting experience
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Experience planning and coordinating strategic initiatives, and proven success in project management and coordination roles
