Job Summary
An e-commerce marketplace has an open position for a Remote Strategy and Operations and Chief Revenue Officers Chief of Staff Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as thought partner to the CRO and Operating C-Suite
- Owning content, strategy and agendas for Global Operating Team
- Building strong relationships with Director+ team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years of overall work experience
- 1+ years in Management/Strategy/Operations/Consulting, with a proven track record of success
- Strong program management skills to drive multiple initiatives
- Director-level operating experience
- Experience navigating complex / matrixed business organizations
