Job Summary
A social media is filling a position for a Remote Strategy and Operations Associate Platform Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Orchestrate the overall strategic planning process for Platform Engineering and Product teams
- Build a successful and healthy Strategies and Operations team
- Support Platform engineering leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or MBA
- 5-8 years of experience as an individual contributor
- A strong analytical mindset, a proven track record of distilling data, and an ability to identify trends
- Experience in managing team level resourcing/staffing
- Experience working directly with the C-suite/VP level on a regular basis
