Remote Strategy and Operations Head

Job Summary

A banking technology company is in need of a Remote Strategy and Operations Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating standardized documentation and tooling to assure efficiency in growth workstreams
• Building a team to support strategic decision making and cross-functional execution across the company
• Creating OKRs and KPIs across multiple teams

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, management consulting, finance, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across very different disciplines
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills (we emphasize team collaboration)
• Organization and project management skills
• Results-oriented; someone who knows how to get the job done regardless of circumstance
