Remote Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

A home services company is in need of a Remote Strategy and Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning operations KPIs and costs for a new service or group
• Sourcing, onboarding and retaining Independent Contractors
• Improving overall platform experience

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
• Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
• Prior small company or start-up experience
• Ability to create documents and present training information to operations associates
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with databases and SQL
• Ability to dig deep into processes and identify areas for improvement
