Job Summary
An e-commerce delivery provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Strategy and Operations Senior Manager .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building an operating model for a subset of the team to partner with regional GMs to address city-specific opportunities
- Leading experimentation to improve driver retention and engagement
- Developing and implementing a framework that allows us to track and report on city-level performance at scale
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience that includes project management, analytics, problem-solving
- Has experience as a people manager, or has demonstrated capabilities to step into this role successfully
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
- Familiarity or proficiency with SQL
- Can effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
