Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Have a high level of negotiation experience and political savvy
• Have at least eight years of experience leading strategy and partnerships with politicians
• Have dynamic facilitation skills
• Have a proven track record of entrepreneurial passion for leading new work streams
