Job Summary
HelpDesk Digital Solutions, a small team of virtual assistants, is looking for someone to join our team. If you enjoy strategy and all things tech, we would love to talk to you! We are looking to add team members to help support new clients with devising and implementing online courses, webinars, etc. (full list below).
You will be the clients' day-to-day contact. We are looking to fill this role ASAP.
**Approximately 25+ hours per week - ongoing.
BIGGEST NEEDS:
#1 NEED: STRATEGY: ability to devise and create a strategic plan for email campaigns, webinars, online courses, website updates, social media campaigns, etc. Put together strategies for online courses, email campaigns, webinars, etc. (take content provided and turn into a plan)
WordPress Website Knowledge: ability to update WordPress sites, including update plugins, publish blog entries, maintain websites, etc.
Webinar Support: ability to help set up and implement webinars
Online Courses: ability to develop online courses and working knowledge of various platforms, such as Teachable, Kajabi, etc.
Social Media: design posts, write copy, schedule posts
Writing: write proficiently on a variety of topics (some research involved) for emails and presentations
Email Automation/Newsletters: help create and send out email newsletters
Response time, organization and attention to detail are critical!
ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS:
Podcasting
Familiarity with WooCommerce
