An information security company has a current position open for a Remote Strategy and Transformation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Guiding and supporting internal teams through transformation initiatives that position the company for rapid growth
• Identifying areas of greatest need and potential impact, pinpointing roadblocks, and offering pragmatic solutions
• Bolstering the credibility of problem-solving recommendations with rigorous, data-driven assessments of expected outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• 8 + years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or similar
• Excellent program and process management skills, including prioritization, planning, risk management and stakeholder management
• Deep analytical skills, including financial experience
• Distinctive conceptual and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; aptitude for sharing complex ideas effectively
• Passion for collaborating across different teams and functions
