Remote Strategy Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Manager, Strategy Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage support activities for the development and implementation of Loan Servicing Division strategies and process optimization
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs, develop solutions, and manage a portfolio of business projects
• Lead projects through their lifecycle, establish key performance metrics, and promote process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Six (6) plus years of Project Management experience
• Three (3) plus years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Mortgage Lending or Mortgage Servicing background is a plus
• Experience in successfully leading projects under aggressive timelines
