Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Strategy Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Shaping the planning and development of business strategy and key initiatives for the businesses within company's Merchant Acceptance business segment
  • Focusing on group strategy, individual business unit strategy, product market strategy, M&A strategy and M&A support
  • Long-range planning (LRP) and Annual Operating planning for each business Unit

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% (not required until the Covid-19 pandemic is under control)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Market Analysis, or M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)
  • Ability to support mergers and acquisitions within the business group
  • Ability to support and build models for buy/build/partner analysis and other business development activities
  • Ability to remain current on industry trends, competitors and best practices
