- Building and managing a team of strong Strategic Operations managers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy and Operations, or similar
- 3+ years of people management experience
- History of building scalable processes, and translating strategic plans into action
- Ability to bootstrap nascent initiatives and own complex projects end-to-end
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in high growth environment
- Ability to work independently and communicate over the phone and with video chat software
