A video streaming software provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Streaming Devices Customer Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping people troubleshoot issues
• Responding to customer chats and emails

• Monthly on-site attendance required for training and company/team meetings
