Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Student Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, and registration processes
• Engage potential clients and build relationships by recommending suitable programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics
• 1-2 years of prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Flexible schedule with availability for 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiastic about education and empathetic towards parents' needs
