Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to customers' needs
  • Manage all assigned cases while meeting quality, efficiency, and accuracy expectations
  • Take full ownership of the customer experience, ensuring issues are fully resolved
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST/CST/PST
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for remote work
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
  • Diverse service experience in fields such as hospitality, retail, or education is encouraged
