Job Summary

A teacher graduate school is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Affairs Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating in student case management for complex student cases and work with the legal team for escalated cases
  • Managing large scale alumni communications and opt out lists
  • Managing all graduate student and alumni-related social media platforms

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Three or more years experience in education, college student services or a related field
  • Experience working with a student information system
  • Knowledge of CAS professional standards, and Federal guidelines affecting students and faculty
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and electronic mail required
