Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Remote Student Experience Support Services Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Coach and develop a team of coordinators by identifying opportunities and recognizing positive behaviors
  • Provide professional development to team by developing plans for immediate and long-term performance improvement
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert with a wide knowledge base

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ year of supervision experience
  • General knowledge and familiarity with higher education policy
