Job Summary
A university has a current position open for a Remote Student Experience Support Services Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Coach and develop a team of coordinators by identifying opportunities and recognizing positive behaviors
- Provide professional development to team by developing plans for immediate and long-term performance improvement
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert with a wide knowledge base
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 1+ year of supervision experience
- General knowledge and familiarity with higher education policy
