Remote Student Finance Representative

Job Summary

A non-profit music education institution is seeking a Remote Student Finance Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone and email communications from students, families, prospects, and alumni
• Meet data-driven metrics for inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Proactively communicate with students about payment options to support enrollment targets

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to work on multiple assignments with frequent interruptions and prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills
